Amending Or Cancellation Your Booking
In making a booking and confirming it with a credit card you have entered into a purchase that is governed by the hotels cancellation policy. Your attention is drawn to this policy throughout the booking process and stated on your confirmation email. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, there will be no charge.

Amendments
For all amendments please either contact our central reservations team on 0844 800 9965 between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday or please contact the hotel direct. Contact details for the hotel can be found on your confirmation email.Cancellations
In the first instance should you need to cancel your booking please refer to your booking confirmation email. This email contains a link to follow and a password. Simply click on the link and enter your password in to cancel your booking. A Cancellation email will be generated and sent to the email given at the time of booking.Should you prefer to speak with someone please either contact our central reservations team on 0844 800 9965 between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, should you wish to cancel out of these hours, please contact the hotel direct.
